How it Works

Analysis, Project Scope and Schedule

After you reach out, we’ll discuss the scale and design of your project, your key audience, and your timeline. The more detailed the information you can provide — plans, elevations, design intent — the more efficiently I can scope the project and set a fee and schedule for deliverables.

3D Modeling and Perspective Approval

If no 3D model is provided, I’ll build a detailed model of the building or spaces to be visualized and send you preliminary perspectives as a white model snapshot — no textures, just form and framing. This is where we agree on camera angles and compositions before moving into full rendering.

Previews and Corrections

I add materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and entourage, then share preview renders for your review. You’ll have two rounds of revisions to refine the image. This is the collaborative part — your feedback shapes the final product.

Final
Visualizations

After final adjustments, I deliver high-resolution, marketing-ready visualizations. Files are delivered in whatever format you need — print-resolution for boards, web-optimized for marketing, or both.
